# Mushroom Protocol

Mushroom Protocol is a platform where retail and traditional investors can invest in fractional ownership of early stage biotechnologies. 

The protocol allows investors from around the world to fund science through a system of tokenization of biotechnology-based assets, using intellectual property from research and equity from startups as collateral.
