# Mushroom Protocol

At Mushroom we believe investing in Biotechnology is investing in your life and that's why we are making it possible for you to invest in your life.

Mushroom Protocol is a platform where retail and traditional investors can invest in fractional ownership of early stage biotechnologies. 

The protocol allows investors from around the world to fund science through a system of tokenization of biotechnology-based assets, using intellectual property from research and equity from startups as collateral.
